Day 1: Arrival in Srinagar
Arrive at Srinagar Airport, where you will be greeted and transferred to your hotel or deluxe houseboat. In the afternoon, enjoy a 1-hour Shikara ride on Dal Lake, often called the "Venice of India," and witness the beauty of aquatic life and floating markets. Visit local handicraft markets known for hand-carved walnut wood items and paper maché crafts.

Day 2: Srinagar – Sonamarg – Srinagar
After breakfast, embark on a full-day excursion to Sonamarg (84 km / approx. 2.5 hrs), also known as “The Meadow of Gold.” Surrounded by snow-capped mountains and the gurgling Sindh River, Sonamarg offers opportunities for pony rides to Thajiwas Glacier (optional). Return to Srinagar in the evening.

Day 3: Srinagar – Pahalgam
Post breakfast, transfer to Pahalgam (approx. 90 km), famously known as “Valley of Shepherds.” En route, visit the Awantipura ruins (9th-century Hindu temple) and Mattan Temple Complex. Upon arrival, check in to your hotel. Enjoy nature walks along the Lidder River or explore the area at leisure.

Day 4: Pahalgam (Leisure Day)
Spend a leisurely day exploring the surrounding natural beauty of Pahalgam. Optional activities include nature walks, pony rides, or visiting nearby spots like Aru Valley, Betaab Valley, or Chandanwari.

Day 5: Pahalgam – Gulmarg
After breakfast, drive to Gulmarg (approx. 150 km / 4.5 hrs), aptly named “Meadow of Flowers.” At an altitude of 8,700 ft, Gulmarg is a renowned ski resort and home to the world’s highest golf course. You may opt for the famous Gondola Ride to Kongdori and Apharwat Peak (at own expense).

Day 6: Gulmarg – Srinagar + Local Sightseeing
After breakfast, return to Srinagar. In the afternoon, explore the Mughal Gardens — Nishat Bagh (“Garden of Pleasure”) and Shalimar Bagh (“Abode of Love”). Enjoy a scenic drive along the Boulevard Road and visit Shankaracharya Temple for panoramic views of the valley. End the day with a stop at a local handicrafts emporium to see Kashmiri carpets, shawls, and traditional jewelry.

Day 7: Srinagar – Doodhpathri – Srinagar
After breakfast, head out for a full-day excursion to Doodhpathri (“Valley of Milk”), located about 40 km from Srinagar. This lesser-explored gem offers lush meadows, pine-covered slopes, and crystal-clear streams. You can enjoy pony rides or gentle treks to the snowline.

Day 8: Departure
After breakfast, transfer to Srinagar Airport for your return flight.
