Day 1: Cochin to Munnar
Arrive at Cochin Airport or Ernakulam Railway Station. After assistance with arrival formalities, proceed to Munnar. En route, visit the aromatic spice plantations and the scenic Valara and Cheeyappara waterfalls. Upon arrival in Munnar, check in at the hotel and enjoy a relaxed evening. Overnight stay in Munnar.
Day 2: Munnar Sightseeing
After breakfast, embark on a full-day sightseeing tour of Munnar. Visit the beautiful Mattupetty Dam, Echo Point, Nursery Garden, and Photo Point. Explore the Tata Tea Museum to learn about the region's tea heritage. In the evening, enjoy a Spice Tea Trail experience. Overnight stay in Munnar.
Day 3: Munnar to Thekkady & Local Sightseeing
Check out from the hotel and drive to Thekkady. Upon arrival, check in and refresh. Later, enjoy a half-day sightseeing tour including a boat safari on Periyar Lake through the Periyar Tiger Reserve. Visit spice plantations and spend the evening exploring the vibrant Spice Market in Kumily village. Overnight stay in Thekkady.
Day 4: Thekkady to Alleppey
After breakfast, proceed to Alleppey—a picturesque village set on the banks of Vembanad Lake. Known for its serene backwaters, lush paddy fields, and iconic houseboats, the journey offers a scenic 4-hour drive through traditional Kerala villages and the unique Kuttanad region, where rice is cultivated below sea level. Overnight stay in a hotel or houseboat in Alleppey.
Day 5: Alleppey to Cochin & Departure
After breakfast, depart for Cochin. Your memorable South India tour concludes as you are transferred to Cochin Airport or Railway Station for your onward journey home.
